How did that happen?
Why is your business not there?
Well, that's Google's version of what we used to call the Yellow Pages. OK. Boomer!
It's called Google My Business.
The great thing about it is, it's free marketing from Google.
Many businesses do not know that their business is listed, and they don't know how to optimize their page or manage their page, and you're neglecting your free marketing.
So, my nerdy tip for the day is claim your Google My Business, optimize your Google My Business, and let people find you on those maps when they're searching for a service near me.
